What are the SDGs?

Abbreviation for Sustainable Development Goals. Adopted at the UN Summit in September 2015, it consists of 17 goals and 169 targets for human and global prosperity.
The cosmetic industry is also expected to achieve the 17 targets of the SDGs.
We offer proposals for sustainable product development in line with clients’ requirements.

With a consistent corporate philosophy of “having no in-house brands”, we have earned the trust of our clients as an OEM/ODM specialist.

An in-house structure of “Total Outsourcing Access” that allows us to handle everything from planning to formula development, production and filling.

Donation of hand sanitary products featuring the characteristics of a cosmetic manufacturer to the local government where our bases are located.

We has clients all over the world and are gradually expanding its overseas bases, mainly in Asia, specifically in China and Vietnam. In Japan, we have dispersed its manufacturing capability to 7 plants, creating a structure to supplement production in the event of a disaster.

Efforts to address the marine plastic problems Microplastic bead-free

Marine plastic waste is a problem for all over the world.
Even though they are invisible in size, they continue to drift in the ocean semi-permanently.
We are reviewing the ingredients of scrubbing materials in cosmetics.

Safety consideration including allergy issues Free from synthetic colorant

Synthetic colorants are produced from tar-based raw materials.
There is a strong tendency to discourage its use from a safety stand point due to concerns causing allergies.

Reduces the amount of PET resin consumption Recycled PET

Recycled PET reduces the use of petroleum-based PET resin by recycling 100% of the plastic beverage bottles already produced.

Food-based raw materials produced from waste molasses Bio-PET

Bio-PET and bio-PE are made from resins extracted from bioethanol produced from plants.
Produced mainly from remaining molasses waste after sugar is refined from sugarcane juice.
We do not sacrifice food (sugar).

Development of original raw materials for effective plant extracts without extracting plants by stem cell culture technology of rare plants and effective plant extracts from waste products of food processing.

Solar power generation at Izumo and Shizuoka plants.

LIMEX (TBM Co., Ltd.), a paper substitute material derived from limestone, is used for all employees’ business cards.

Actively propose and promote the adoption of containers and materials that promote the 3Rs, as well as packages using FSC-certified paper and bagasse paper with high recycled paper content for the purpose of forest environment conservation.

Female employees account for 64% of our workforce, and female managers are also active. We acquired the certification of “Eruboshi” based on the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace in the year of 2022.

Male employees also take parental leave,and in 2022, we received the certification of “Kurumin” (the accreditation mark for the action plan to support child rearing from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare).

Promoting diversity by hiring foreign nationals as needed (new graduates of foreign nationals have been hired for 6 consecutive years).

Conduct periodic satisfaction surveys twice a year with the goal of providing ongoing job satisfaction.
